Dad In Time Out

What better day to share this, right?

There was a time I was a stay at home Dad.

I was the primary caretaker for my daughters and it is my most favorite of tasks ever.

These may sound like imperatives but they're actually axioms.

We have to play by the same rules.

We have to be fair and reciprocate.

This is my idea of good discipline and empowerment. What I found is that kids don't mind authority being imposed on them so long as they feel like an authority themselves.
